Shrimp Wraps

These shrimp wraps are one of the easiest, and healthy, meals I keep the ingredients around for all the time! If I do NOT feel like cooking, or am in a HUGE hurry, this is what I throw together.

You will need:

Shrimp – I use frozen so that I can pop them out when needed.  I use 5-6 per wrap, and usually 2 wraps per person

Pineapple, Mango Salsa or Peach, Vidalia Salsa from Whole Foods –  You can make your own as well, I just like to have theirs all done for me!

(2 kids has definitely shortened my cooking time!)

Tortilla Factory Whole Grain Olive Oil Wraps, or Corn Tortillas

Greens- I use 1/2 arugula 1/2 spinach blend

21 Day Fix Creamy Herb Dressing made with Cilantro as the Herb and a little extra water  (avocado, olive oil, cilantro, Himalayan salt, greek yogurt)

**I keep this dressing in the fridge already made, but it only takes a few minutes if you haven’t already

Magic Shrimp Seasoning from Fresh Market

DIRECTIONS:

Peel the Shrimp, then Sautee them in Olive oil and Magic Shrimp Seasoning

Layer the Wrap with Creamy Herb Dressing, Greens, Shrimp and Salsa of Choice.

DONE!
