My Story

Health and wellness has been more than a career for me, it has been a lifelong passion from the very beginning. While I have spent the last 14 years professionally immersed in the health and wellness industry, my journey truly began at 10 years old, when fitness became a defining part of who I am.

I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida, where I dedicated my early years to competitive gymnastics. The sport shaped my discipline, resilience, and work ethic, but by age 13, a combination of injuries and the reality of my height led me to pivot in a new direction. That transition introduced me to competitive cheerleading, which quickly became my new athletic home throughout both high school and college.

During my college years, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) instructor. Each summer, I traveled across the country teaching cheerleading camps to middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. Those experiences were transformative — not only did they allow me to refine my leadership and coaching skills, but they also revealed something deeper: a genuine love for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow stronger and more confident in themselves.

That passion has continued to evolve into the career I proudly pursue today, helping individuals improve their health, build confidence, and create lasting wellness from the inside out.  Helping my clients find answers to health issues they felt even though their labs looked normal… or when told to just take birth control or antidepressants instead of finding the root cause.

My Mission

I want to help woman navigate Perimenopause, Infertility, their bodies changing in any season of life, and teach them tools to feed their children in a way that will support their health for the rest of their lives. I love working with athletes looking for maximum output, children struggling with concentration, and anyone who wants to understand their bodies better.
I believe in loving our bodies in order to heal. We heal from love, not hatred and frustration of our bodies and health.

How I went from Finance Major, to Fine Wine Distributor, to a Holistic Nutrition Practioner (NTP)

After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance, I began an internship at a stock brokerage and realized very quickly that it just wasn’t for me! I set off for Europe with my best friend, and decided I was going to learn everything I could about wine. I saw some of the most spectacular wine growing regions in the WORLD and came home to make a career out of it.   I worked as a wine sales distributor for 12 years, and learned SO much about fine dining, food, and wine.

After my first pregnancy, I just could not get my shape back. I even finished a half marathon 6 months after Grayson was born, but did not feel good about my body. My confidence in myself was sorely lacking.  I started to re learn how to actually eat clean, what workouts were effective for my own body, and how to fuel my body in a healthy way.  I went all in with my fitness and decided to help men and women get fit from home and teach them how to eat clean.

12 years into being solely a health and fitness coach I wanted to learn more…

After 12 years of health and fitness coaching, I saw a need for more resources and guidance for women in Perimenopause. I saw there was so little support for this time in our lives and women are frustrated!

I was also digging into root causes of illnesses on my own, but I wanted a formal education on it.

I decided to embark on my NTP, Nutritional Therapy Practioner, certification.  It was an intense year of studying, client practice and learning but so worth it. I learned so much about where illness and chronic disease starts from and I want to address these issues with every client not put a band aid with medication on the end result.  I saw how we can help our bodies HEAL instead of getting angry at themselves when nothing is working to feel good anymore.

I added on HTMA analysis testing and gut testing when I saw the insight and clear roadmap it gave me for my clients.  NO more guesswork on supplementation and food strategy, but a clear guide for what our body needs.

Now, I LOVE working with men, women, children, toddlers, teens- anyone who wants a true read on what your body needs more of… and possibly what you are taking that is doing more harm than good.

If you want to achieve your maximum energy, address the root causes of why you don’t feel great…let’s chat.
