My name is Jamie, I am a mom of 2, and I have been in the health and fitness industry for 13 years.

I am a certified NTP, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Food and Fitness fanatic, former college cheerleader, former wine/craft beer and liquor rep for 12 years and NOW full-time Personal Nutrition coach and Hormone Health advocate.

I work one on one with you to create a plan towards optimal health. This is a great starting point if you’re seeking dietary, lifestyle and supplementation guidance towards maximum energy and quality of life. We work together for 3 months to create a customized protocol based on where you are on your health journey and where you would like to be.
