My Story
Health and wellness has been more than a career for me — it has been a lifelong passion woven into my story from the very beginning. While I have spent the last 13 years professionally immersed in the health and wellness industry, my journey truly began at just 18 years old, when fitness first became a defining part of who I am.
I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida, where I dedicated my early years to competitive gymnastics. The sport shaped my discipline, resilience, and work ethic, but by age 13, a combination of injuries and the undeniable reality of my height led me to pivot in a new direction. That transition introduced me to competitive cheerleading, which quickly became my new athletic home throughout both high school and college.
During my college years, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) instructor. Each summer, I traveled across the country teaching cheerleading camps to middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. Those experiences were transformative — not only did they allow me to refine my leadership and coaching skills, but they also revealed something deeper: a genuine love for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow stronger and more confident in themselves.
Standing in front of athletes from all backgrounds, guiding them toward new skills and personal breakthroughs, solidified what I already felt instinctively — my purpose lies in empowering others through health, movement, and education. That passion has continued to evolve into the career I proudly pursue today, helping individuals improve their health, build confidence, and create lasting wellness from the inside out.

How I went from Finance Major, to Fine Wine Distributor, to a Holistic Nutrition Practioner (NTP)
After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance, I began an internship at a stock brokerage and realized very quickly that it just wasn’t for me! I set off for Europe with my best friend, and decided I was going to learn everything I could about wine. I saw some of the most spectacular wine growing regions in the WORLD and came home to make a career out of it. I worked as a wine sales distributor for 12 years, and learned SO much about fine dining, food, and wine.
After college, (even with the wine drinking!) I stayed very active and fit. I ran, worked out, played tennis, and so forth all the time. But, after my first pregnancy, I just could not get my shape back. I even finished a half marathon 6 months after Grayson was born, but did not feel good about my body. My confidence in myself was sorely lacking. That is when I saw my good friend from my UCA cheerleading days on Facebook. I went all in with my fitness and decided to help men and women get fit from home and teach them how to eat clean.

12 years into being solely a health and fitness coach I wanted to learn more…
After 12 years of health coaching, I saw a need for more resources and guidance for women in Perimenopause. I saw there was so little support for this time in our lives and women are frustrated!
I was also digging into root causes of illnesses on my own, but I wanted a formal education on it.
I decided to embark on my NTP, Nutritional Therapy Practioner, certification. It was an intense year of studying, client practice and learning but so worth it. I learned so much about where illness and chronic disease starts from and I want to address these issues with every client not put a band aid with medication on the end result. I saw how we can help wmone HEAL their bodies instead of getting angry at themselves when nothing is working to feel good anymore.
