Below are my tools to lose weight when I need to, keep my energy up and my stomach happy! I love to go out to eat, drink wine, and enjoy food… and that can make my weight creep up. When this happens, I start with a 3 Day Refresh to kick out the bloat, then follow the 21 Day Fix Food plan. I use Energize from the performance line every day before my workout, Digestive Health from the Shakeology Boosts line to keep my system moving in my shake and Recover Protein after my workout. The 21 Day Ultimate Reset is my once a year Reset for my system. I keep Hydrate from the performance line on hand for my kids & husband when they get sick or during sporting events to stay hydrated, and I give my kids Recover from the performance line as their “chocolate milk”.;)
