Achieve Your goals

You will need:
1/2 cup butter- I use organic unsalted
Sweet Leaf Stevia/Sugar for baking Blend
2 spoonfuls Greek Yogurt 0%
3 ripe bananas
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Salt
Baking Soda
1/3 cup HOT water
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Prep:
Melt Butter In a bowl, then blend in the sugar.
Mix in beaten eggs, greek yogurt and mashed bananas, blending until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda and mix well.
Add these dry ingredients into the egg mixture alternating with small amounts of the hot water. Stir in chopped nuts if desired.
Spoon batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at   400, then 350 for 10 minutes. Keep watching and testing. I like mine pretty moist so I test it a lot towards the end.
