Seared Ahi Tuna

FOUR ingredient Meal!
I buy Tuna steaks in Bulk from Whole Foods, so then I can grab two out and defrost at the drop of a hat.
Sprinkle Himalayan Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper all over, then coat with Grapeseed or Olive Oil Spray.
Get your pan (I use a cast iron skillet) out and Heat to High. Sear the Tuna on each side for 30 seconds. Cool, then slice up.
* Add two extra ingredients- greek yogurt 0% with a teaspoon or more of Ciricha for the dipping sauce!
