1- Pick your Greens:  

Bibb, Arugula, Spinach, Butter, etc…

2- Pick your Cheese:

Feta, Goat, Gorgonzola, Blue, etc…

3- Pick your Fruit or Veggies:

Roasted Beets, Red Peppers, Strawberries, BlueBerries, Mushrooms, Tomatoes…

4-Pick a Nut:

Pine Nut, Almond slivers, walnuts, etc…

Additional options:

Add a protein- shrimp, chicken, hard boiled egg

Add a healthy fat- avocado

Add some healthy carbs- my favorite is warm quinao!
