Shakeology daily is amazing for your health… but sometimes you need a little extra help in certain areas. For me- I do not like to drink coffee in the morning. I use focused energy instead which gives me a non jittery long lasting source of energy. I use digestive health in every shake to help keep me system moving, and I do a scoop of power greens around 3 each day with a glass of water. This gives me the boost I need to keep up with my kids and really curbs my afternoon snack cravings.
